We’re thrilled to welcome Lance to the team at Grit Pilates Yoga as our dedicated personal trainer. With a strong academic background, Lance holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Medicine from Central Michigan University and a Master’s in Kinesiology from Southeastern Louisiana University.
Hailing from Allegan, MI, Lance was a two-time state qualifier in wrestling, which shaped his athletic prowess and dedication to sports. His journey didn’t stop there—Lance has continued to expand his skills in Brazilian jiu-jitsu and mixed martial arts, enriching his perspective on training and body mechanics.
