Tired - rest. But then you will never be the first.
Skin types
Before choosing cosmetics and the necessary daily manipulations, you need to determine how your skin will react to various substances in each area. There are situations when one cream is used for the eyelids and under the eyes, another for the “T” zone, and a third for the rest of the surface. Almost 80% of women of all ages have combination skin to varying degrees. And in order to understand how to choose cosmetics and how to apply them for maximum effect, you need to know your skin type.
With age, the type of skin in a certain area can change, for example, under the eyes after 30, the skin becomes thinner and drier, and requires more intensive hydration and careful treatment. It is best to know all the basic types and be able to recognize them. To do this, carefully study the signs of each of them.
The process of the appearance of such defects begins in adolescence and continues throughout life. Therefore, proper skin care is as important as brushing your teeth daily, taking a shower and keeping your body healthy. The sooner you start preventive and restorative measures, the less unpleasant consequences you will get "at the end".
Basic steps in facial care
The quality of cosmetics undoubtedly plays a huge role in the effectiveness of procedures. But another important point is the consistency and regularity of care. It is not enough to clean the skin only after applying makeup once a week, you need to do it daily. You need to moisturize your face not at the moment of feeling discomfort and dryness, but every morning and evening with appropriate creams. The intensity and frequency of additional procedures is determined by each woman for herself, but the basic set should be unchanged:
Proper cleansing and moisturizing should begin as early as possible, then the skin on the face will remain young and supple much longer. Unpleasant manifestations that appear without proper care:
Small mimic wrinkles can still be corrected with cosmetics, and deep ones can only be corrected with plastic;
Redness, inflammation appear when pores are clogged or pathogens get on the surface of the skin;
Pimples, blackheads, rashes, acne - to varying degrees, is inherent in any type of skin and worries almost 90% of people;
Dryness, peeling can appear even on oily skin with improper care;
Black dots on the wings of the nose and the “T” zone are the result of blockage of pores by sebum, dust and bacteria;
Flabbiness and inelasticity of the skin in the initial stages can be stopped by cosmetics;
The pits and irregularities of the skin resulting from the violation of the inner layer, with proper daily care, can be significantly smoothed out.
Cleansing the skin from dirt and make-up residues;
Applying a tonic that matches your skin type;
Moisturizing creams, selected taking into account all individual characteristics.
It is important! To apply cream, remove makeup or apply tonic, certain auxiliary materials are used - spatulas, sponges, cotton pads. They must be disposable! The fundamental point, because on the left cotton pad with the remnants of the cream, colonies of bacteria are formed in a matter of hours, which then safely migrate to the skin of the face.
To the main manipulations, you can add many other auxiliary ones, for example, massage, scrubbing, masks, lotions, cosmetic procedures in a beauty salon, hardware effects.
