Patcraft’s Timber Grove LVT was the clear winner for this facility. It is constructed with ExoGuard+, an enhanced topcoat with increased hardness, making for a very scratch and stain resistance product. A lot of work went into removing the existing flooring, grinding away the old adhesive, and prepping the floors to receive the new LVT.
