Have you ever had to sign a non-compete agreement or are stuck in one now? It’s a crappy deal not only for healthcare providers but also hurting our National shortage of providers and only benefiting the employer 🧐. Last month the NLRB’s General Counsel announced that they view non-competes (for public sector employees in a non-supervisory position) as a violation of the NLRA. Some states are even banning non-competes all together or limiting the scope of employers that can have them.
