On Juneteenth we honor the contributions, strength and resilience of the African American community. We continue to fight against systemic racism and build a freer, stronger country.
Juneteenth commemorates the day in 1865 when the last remaining enslaved people in Galveston, Texas finally learned of their freedom, established by the Emancipation Proclamation over two years before.

We want to wish a very Happy Father's Day from our families to all the Dads, Grandpas, Pops, Stepdads and Daddys! Thank You so much for being our Heroes, Guides and Friends! We hope all you dads have an Amazing Father's Day today!

Tomorrow, April 11th, is "National Stamp Out Hunger Day," where our mail carriers will collect food donations which go to local food banks. Just set your nonperishable food outside by your mailbox before your mail is collected and the USPS will take care of the rest!
