Jess came to me with a piece she wasn't happy with, asking how she could make something better out of it. The last slide is what she came in with. The middle slides are after our first session. After the first session, she loved the floral, and decided to book another session to add more. The first slide is the final session.

Today is the LAST DAY to enter this contest! After tonight, I will tally up everyone's votes and give each contestant assigned numbers through Venmo, based off of the amount of entries they have received.

I have decided to use numbers during the drawing instead of names, that way the winner will be more private information at first. Once I have interviewed the winner, and made sure they consent to the process that is outlined in this post, and we see eye to eye on the design, I will announce it publicly! I don't want to announce a name before I make sure they didn't break any rules, that way there's no public embarrassment on their half.

Hey everyone! I’ve been wanting to do one of these for a while, and the time has finally come. I am raffling off a FULL sleeve tattoo! Yes, that means all four panels of your arm, from shoulder to wrist. For just $20, you can enter this raffle to win this tattoo, which, depending on the artist, would cost anywhere from $3,000-$10,000. This is a wonderful opportunity to completely transform your arm. With a reward of this size, there are, of course, some rules and limitations.

Rules:
- Must be 18-38 years old.
- Must have an arm free of tattoos (I may allow 1 or 2 very small tattoos if its possible to incorporate or cover them.)
- Minimal scarring on skin/good skin (artist's decision)
- Design is artist choice, completely custom.
Winner must be able to come in no more than 6 weeks apart from each session, and sit for a session of a minimum 5 hours. Please don't apply if you can’t make this work.

Design limitations:
- Black & Grey Realism
- Artist has full customization and freedom.
- I will try to work with you to make sure, even though it’s custom, that you are happy with the design. There will be a thorough consultation where we discuss your interests, your story, and a few things you absolutely do not want on your body. I want us both to be happy with it, but will still have control over the final design. If you do not want the final design, I will redraw a new winner. Please DO NOT enter if you are super strict on your interests. Take a look at my large scale B&G to get an idea of how I tattoo. I lean towards darker tones, use of negative space, and gritty designs.

Put in a few more hours on this piece for TJ! Chest, lion, and a few flowers are healed. Hummingbirds and shoulder are fresh. This will eventually extend all the way to the wrist and I can't wait to wrap it up.

Finally done with this one! Wes, thank you for trusting me with a style I've never tried before, and allowing me to branch outside the lines of true traditional Japanese to make something custom for you. Had a blast working on this!

NEW SHOP/LEAVING EPIC INK

Hey everyone, this is a heads up that I have left Epic Ink and am now working out of Do Good Ink in Carrollton, IL. For the past two years I have had an incredibly hard time managing weddings, tattooing, and a personal life and making sure all 3 got equal effort. I feel like my weddings and personal life have taken a huge hit. The amazing ownership at Do Good Ink have a setup that will allow me to finally bring balance to all 3.

I'm excited and thankful for the opportunity, and thankful for the opportunity Epic gave me over the past 2 years!

I will now be able to run my tattoo business a little different, and am going to try some new things to make it as convenient of an experience for you, my clients.

Making appointments:

In the past, whether you lived 2 hours away, or 2 minutes, you would have to drive to the shop at a specific time of day to leave a cash deposit, and then drive back home. Now, all appointments can be made online from the comfort of your home. Simply DM my socials, or email me, and we will thoroughly talk about your design. Once we have agreed on a design and set a time and date, you will be provided with a private booking link, where you may request that date, and eventually pay your deposit with a debit/credit card. Receipts will be provided upon completion of the booking process. Super simple and only takes a few minutes! There will be email confirmations for every step. If a tattoo is too complex to discuss over DMs, we can call or FaceTime.

All deposits are still $100 and completely non-refundable.

Speaking of deposits, if you had one with me while I was at the old shop, and you haven't heard from me, please reach out so I can make sure you get your deposit properly taken care of!

How to pay:
I am no longer under a cash-only structure, so you may pay with cash, Venmo, debit or credit. If paying with debit/credit, there will be a 4% convenience fee. Do Good Ink does not have an ATM on-site, so please, if you're paying cash, ask ahead of time for a general estimate, though estimates are wildly difficult to give for tattoos.
