Answer: Drivers coming from the left must yield to vehicles coming from the right.

Please note that the law does not give anyone the right-of-way at intersections; it only says who must yield. Even when one driver is legally required to yield right-of-way, if they fail to do so, other drivers are still required to stop or yield as necessary to avoid a crash.

Here's a great example of why we always like to remind our followers that overpasses are prone to snow & ice during wintry weather. Drivers can be moving along on wet roadway and suddenly find themselves on a snow covered overpass. The reason is because the overpasses do not have warm ground underneath them to keep them insulated. Be smart & be safe.
