Smoking some chuck roasts and pork ribs on the @greenmountaingrills with the pimped out racks by our friend @spiffergirl 🔥
How she did it:
I decided to fill this smoker up since I have the awesome rack system from @pimpmygrill to utilize that smoker space.
Hours or pellets on a single roast? Come on, now! Let’s fill that smoker up! (I need to start taking orders to get maximum efficiency 😉)
The only drawback was that I never unwrapped the meats that were given out, so I lost out on those final ‘moneymaker’ shots. Also, it was super late by the time everything rested and the lighting wasn’t there.
For this cook, I seasoned the beef with @neilsarap Brisket Rub and a light dusting of @orderitdusted. I used my MeatStick Thermometer to monitor temps. Wrapped with butter and bone broth until tender.
The ribs were seasoned with @neilsarap Hot Dayum and finished with brown sugar and butter.

If you love pellet grill recipes, give @foodwithbearhands a follow 👌🏼 Recipe Below ⤵️ Carne Asada Marinade: 1 cup of Orange Juice 1/2 onion sliced 1 bunch cilantro chopped 1/3 cup Worcestershire 4 lime squeezed 2 garlic cloves minced 1 Tbsp chili powder 1 Tbsp cumin 1 Tbsp paprika 1 Tbsp dried oregano 1 Tbsp pepper 1 Tsp Salt Marinate Meat for a minimum of 6 hours, but overnight preferred! I used Skirt Steak, but I prefer Flank Steak! Using the Carne Asada left overs let’s make California Poppers! How has this not been done! 😮 California Poppers: Hallow out the Jalapeño Squeeze in Sour Cream Fresh Guacamole 🥑 Crunchy French Fry bites Left over Carne Asada Wrap with Bacon 🥓 Top with your favorite rub In the smoker at 375 for 45 minutes Then paint on @melindasfoods Hot Honey Back in the Smoker for 15 minutes When the bacon is cooked you’re done! Pizza Rolls & Hot Pocket Trend 🤯🍕 Get some pizza rolls and fill up your Pimp My Grill racks with these! Recipe by the amazing foodwithbearhands (IG) ⤵️ I saw cheftimclowers (IG) due this a few years back so give him a follow! 🙏🏼 For the Pizza Rolls: 1. Cut thin cut bacon in 1/2 and wrap frozen pizza roll 2. Place on a non stick sheet pan and pour honey on each of the pizza rolls 3. Place a thin slice of jalapeño onion each pizza roll 4. Put your favorite rub on. I am using overthefirecooking (IG) Big Bad BBQ Ale 5. Set your smoker or oven to 350 degrees and smoke for 30 minutes or until bacon is nice and crispy 6. Chorizo queso dip on the pellet grill‼️@portahousebbq cooked up this delicious recipe on his Pimp My Grill racks last week and boy does it look good! Recipe below 👇 16 oz sharp cheddar 8oz colby jack 8oz pepper jack Block of cream cheese 1 sweet onion 3 jalapeños 2 banana peppers 3 vine ripe tomatoes 1lb ground beef 1lb chorizo Handful of cilantro I seasoned my meat with a salt pepper garlic and rosemary blend Cooked at 250 for about an hour/ hour and a half.
