This past month I was very disciplined and determined to get to my target weight of 155lbs. I was bouncing back from 165 to 170 easily. I might have looked small to many but I had to get rid of the fat and I still have some stubborn side fat to get rid of but mid February I will start strength training. I need my muscle back TIME NOWβΌοΈ TRUST THE PROCESSβΌοΈ Yβall stick with me through this 16 week course of being certified on Health & Fitness and you will not be disappointed.
