Weekly Challenge-Week 5!! Death by Push-Ups & Air Squats. EMOM - 5 Push-Ups + 10 Air Squats, add 1 rep to Push-Up and Squat every minute. Score is total Reps. Let’s Go!

Week 4 Challenge: Plank for time! Weight will be distributed across forearms and feet. Feet must be no more than 12” apart. Hands must remain 1 fist distance apart. You cannot hold hands together. Longest time wins!
