All the beautiful shades of rosé! The weather is warming up and it's officially the beginning of rosé season. This crisp and refreshing style of wine is perfect for evenings on our patio, or accompanying dinner at home. The Rumor is a pale pink rosé from the birthplace of rosé, Provence. It is quite elegant. The Elk Cove is an expression of Pinot Noir from the Willamette Valley and the Zoe is an expression from Greece. You can't go wrong with any rosés here at Pilon, so come by today between 4 to 10 pm to enjoy our selection in house or take a bottle to go. 🥂
