Big thank you to everyone who came out to our soft opening! We appreciate the support. Bourbon teriyaki chicken was a hit. New menu coming for the grand opening 🎉🎉🎉 and a big thank you and shoutout to Barnett Harley-Davidson for having us come out!

On January 31st 2021 while on mid-tour leave with God as the head and heavy support and influence from my lovely mother, I took a chance on myself and invested into buying a food truck (trailer) Anxious, nervous and excited, I was all in to turn this into something that would either help supplement income or become a big failure but either way, rather than investing in stocks, rather than betting on horses, rather than gambling on anything else, I decided to step out on faith with myself. On April 16th we begin to remodel the truck and turn it into something that represents me. Good buddy, good friend doesn’t begin to scratch the surface of who Mike Lauer is any everything he has done. From the initial purchase to first piece of wood ripped up, to the final screw being drilled, this man right here has literally helped me through this ENTIRE PROCESS. Not for profit, not for gain, not for favors to hang over my head later, but strictly being a good person, a good friend who truly wasn’t to see other succeed!! I’ve told you 1000x bro and I can’t say it enough thank you for EVERYTHING you’ve done for me bro!!

With all that said, as of Thursday 25 August, all of my paper has been approved by the county and I will be opening for business here very soon!!
