In this class you will learn some traditional steps and combinations in the Authentic Egyptian style to be used in developing your own choreography. They can be used in any genre of belly dance from traditional Raqs Sharqi to fantasy fusion to free style with Live drummers.

Discription:
In this fun class you will learn a traditional Gimmick dance that was popular during the hey day after 1960s and 70s bellydance.
You will need 7 veils.
Of various lengths in pale complimentary colors.
Sparkling rectangular veil
Veil across the face
Veil from the head 3 yds
Hip wrap
Veil across the front
2 scarfs
You will need a headpiece, such as a versatile jewelry piece, a pillbox hat or headband and Bobby pins.
It is helpful to be in full cabaret costume, bra belt and skirt.
