Today we visited Ysleta Elementary, Presa Elementary, and Capistrano Elementary. Thank you Ysleta Alumni for allowing me to help and participate in your annual Secret Santa! These kids were amazing and so grateful!

Celebrated Christmas with the Dallas Tigers El Paso baseball team! Thank you Constable Garcia for your recognition of my 10 years of service to the Constables Office. Thank you Father Alfonso Bonilla for accepting and blessing the meal that was donated to the Little Flower Catholic Church on behalf of Rosie Venegas, Adriana Rubio, and the Rito Rubio Campaign!

I was out with Henry Reyna and the Ysleta High School Alumni Association today. I had the opportunity to give back to the community by donating Turkeys and assisting in distributing to the Ysleta feeder schools.

I volunteered to help with the San Elizario Veterans Day Parade today. I was excited to see the YISD JROTC’s represent (Ysleta, Riverside, Eastwood, Del Valle, Bel-Air, Hanks, and Parkland). Beautiful event put on by the city of San Elizario. Great way to honor our Veterans! Happy Veterans Day!

Hello,
My name is Rito Rubio. I am a candidate for the office of Constable Pct. 5. I am seeking your support to help me get elected for Constable Pct 5.
I attended EPCC and obtained my Peace Officer License in 2009. I was appointed class president by my peers, was awarded class Valedictorian, and Top Gun.
I worked for the Socorro School District as a Security Officer for Americas High School and promoted to School Resource Officer for a combined service time of 7 years.
I then transferred to the El Paso County Constables Pct 6 as a Deputy Constable where I have been serving the El Paso County community for the past 10 years. Since then I have obtained my Basic Peace Officer, Intermediate Peace Officer, and Advanced Peace Officer Certifications. I have also obtained the Civil Proficiency and Court Security Certifications.
I have volunteered as a Baseball Coach for the past 11 years. I believe in teaching our youth about team work, working hard, and perseverance. Mentoring and guiding our youth has been very rewarding.
My Vision for the Constable Pct 5 Office is one of serving the community with respect and integrity. I want to bridge the gap between the Constable’s office and the community it serves by opening my doors and being accessible to the public. I would like to create a network of County resources to assist the public with any concerns or necessities.
Schools are a major concern for me. I would like to meet with School administrators to help find solutions to issues such as truancy and school safety. I would also like to participate in School activities to support our students and encourage them to be the best version of themselves.
Our elderly also deserve my time and assistance. For our elderly I would like to generate a network of assistance for any needs they may have. If I can’t help them directly, the least I can do is direct them to someone who can.
