Job Title: Security Guard - Level 2 and Level 3

Location: El Paso, Texas

Company: Americas Best Strategic Security Group LLC

We are seeking experienced security guards for our growing team in El Paso, Texas. As a security guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their assets. The ideal candidate will have a Level 2 or Level 3 security guard license in the state of Texas, along with experience in the security industry.

Responsibilities:

Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.

Respond to alarms and calls of distress.

Patrol assigned areas and maintain a visible presence.

Control access to properties and ensure that only authorized personnel are allowed entry.

Create reports on any incidents or disturbances that occur on the property.

Collaborate with law enforcement agencies in case of emergency situations.

Follow and enforce company policies and procedures.

Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.

Requirements:

Must possess a Level 2 or Level 3 security guard license in the state of Texas.

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Good communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential threats.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Must have a reliable means of transportation.
