Happy Mindset Tuesday! I am always inspired by my clients. Today, I am happy to report about my client, Scott! This man has put in the work both nutritionally and fitness wise.
Our journey together started about 2 years ago and I am happy to report he’s been consistently working out 3 times a week and making smart food choices! Thank you Scott for inspiring us and for keeping the weight off! He’s lost 65 lbs!!!

Michelle began her yoga journey while taking fun yoga & beer classes at some local breweries. After speaking with one of the instructors she was inspired to obtain a 200 hour yoga certification with Tamal Dodge. She loved it so much she decided to expand the practice to yoga nidra and trained with Alex Nashton. Michelle has a passion to share yoga, yoga nidra and guided meditations with her students.
Looking forward to creating fun new classes and sequences as an augmentation to your boot camp!

Happy Transformational Thursday! Join Brette Waters and the park’s gorgeous butterflies tonight at 5:30 pm at El Segundo Library Park. She will make sure you are flexible and stretched for El Segundo's Run For Education this Saturday, April 30th.

Happy You Can Have It All Friday!
I made a delicious Cod and Brussel Sprout dinner last night. It tasted delicious thanks to the marinate.
Here is the recipe for the marinate:
1 tsp of Paprika, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp of onion powder, 1 tsp of sea salt, 1 tsp of black pepper, 1 Tbsp of olive oil, 2 Tbsp of green onion, and lemon zest.
I recommend allowing at least and hour for the Cod to marinate before cooking.
For the Brussel Sprouts marinate with 1 Tbsp of olive oil, 1 tsp of black pepper and sea salt. Yummy!!!

Recipe
- 1 cup of kale
- 1/2 cup of spinach
- 1 1/2 cup of Almond Milk
- 1 TBSP Mixed nut butter
- 1 TBSP of cacao powder
- 1 TSP of cinnamon
- 1/2 frozen banana
