I've met so many kids "on the spectrum" throughout my counseling career that could communicate telepathically, have beautiful connections with nature, frequency, the other side, elementals, ect. They see, feel, and know so much more than we realize. This was a really interesting podcast hearing others talk about it.

Beautiful private intention jar workshop yesterday! What an amazing creative crew. I love the tangible reminder of an intention jar to reinforce manifestation.

I'm so grateful to have booked the event space three weekends in a row! Hoping to hire someone to help me with busy weekends set up and clean up soon!

My friends are really important to me and Chris has helped me a lot on my journey to have validation, support, and encouragment. He just got diagnosed with a serious autoimmune disease and as someone who has battled with autoimmune disease my entire life I know its a tough road and that support is key to healing. Chris is already a warrior of light and he has my support.

I went to an amazing sound healing last night from Marilyn Metz it was a journey beautifully done!

On the fall equinox, the sun shines directly on the equator, causing day and night to be nearly equal. It’s the perfect time to express gratitude, set intentions, revisit goals and routines, look at all you have accomplished in the year thus far, and create a plan for manifestation.
