Are you interested in getting a fast start to your Saturdays? If so join Kevin for Fast N Fit and Core Ability. These classes are sure to get you out of here with a little pep to your step. Classes are based on proven old-school training & fitness techniques that are sure to help you lose inches and pounds. 9:00 am Fast N Fit (45min) - All levels! Improve your mobility, power & coordination while focusing on your muscular & cardiovascular endurance. 10:00 am Core Ability (30 min) - The core is more than just your abs. We'll work your hips, glutes, lower back, and abs all in 30 minutes. A strong core leads to strong movement.
