This lift is coo coo bananas. #Repost @hookgrip (@get_repost) ・・・ 23 year-old Shi Zhiyong (69kg, @hookgripchn 🇨🇳) clean and jerking 198kg/436.5lb at the 2017 Chinese National Games to post a 358kg total and tie the World/Chinese record in the C&J. He also took down the king of the 69kg class, Liao Hui. This was Liao's first ever loss in an important competition in his career as he was the 2009/2013 CNG champion (the only really important national event for a lifter of his stature) and he only ever lost in int'l competition at a smaller event when he was lifting in the 77s due to the lack of importance of the event. A simple fix could be working the hand and elbows flexors in the opposite direction than you do in training. Excessive gripping of bars and pull up stations can cause simple overuse injuries that are preventable. Grab a few rubber bands and throughout the day do a couple sets of 20-30 reps per hand and your hands and elbows WILL feel better.
