He also is the Thomas Cooley Professor of Ethical Leadership at NYU Stern School of Business. Dr. Haidt's research focuses on morality, its emotional foundations, cultural variations and developmental discourse. He has three TedTalks and is co-founder of the Heterodox Academy.
