Customer asked can u clean this room up and make it into a living area for a ranch hand. Sure no prob!! Cleaned the place out tons and tons of spider webs and bugs. I demoed all the old baseboard, did some Sheetrock repair, new texture so that everything is consistent and not miss matching everywhere like before. Primer all the walls, two coats of body paint and ceiling paint, new baseboard, new lvp flooring, matching quarter round, painted the bathroom, epoxied the floor in bathroom. One of my great customers reached out and said they were ready for a color change. I removed all of the old baseboard, did some Sheetrock repair, painted two coats of white on the ceilings and two coats of body color on the walls, installed new baseboard, painted two coats. Recent job in Citrus Heights helping some friends get there house ready to b put on the market. Guess I forgot to take before pics of the backyard. Edge, mow and blow in the front yard, clean up a few of the trees in the front. Weedeat the backyard areas and clean up for new bark, pressure wash the back patio (which I forgot to take pics of finished product). Put borders up around the turf that customer did themselves, spread 8 yards of new black bark around certain areas. And a small load to the dump!!
