Successful first weekend of racing for our Snocross racers. All podium finishes! Looking forward to keeping them healthy and a lot more victories this season.

Santa stopped by for a full tune-up to make sure he’s ready for his big night. While here, he made the day for many little (and big) kids.

We have a couple big things going on this week!

1) It's the last week to stop by and donate to Gifts Anonymous. Please drop off an unopened gift by Saturday for a family in need.

2)Santa is here!!! Bring your kids for treats and photos with Santa on Wednesday between 3:30-5:30.

Bring your kids to see Santa between 3:30 and 5:30 at Bodywise Chiropractic on December 13th! Take some pictures with him and enjoy some cookies, candy canes and an all around good time.

Stop by between November 20th-December 15th to drop off a new unwrapped gift for a family in need in our area. We have partenered with Gifts Anonymous in Elk River to be a drop off site to help give others a merry Christmas. Their big event is December 16th.

Just a heads up that in Elk River, starting Monday, this orange section of the road construction will be closed for a day or so off and on for 10 days. If you encounter this , the blue road is the way around. This is across the highway from our location.

Consider helping a young athlete by providing a place to stay. In return you will get a potentially life long relationship with a great hockey kid from another community/country. We had a great experience. Check out the Squatch page for details.

Dr. Dan hosted a player last season. The experience was better than imagined! If you have kids in youth hockey or an empty room you’d like to host a great hockey kid from around the world check this out.

It's happening... The Hwy 169 construction will begin next week. There will still be access to all areas of Elk River but some small route changes will be necessary. The construction site link is below if interested. Here are some of the changes:

Hwy 169 access will be open at Hwy 10, Main St. and the new 197th Ave. interchange. Frontage road access will be available at:
SB Hwy 169 to Holt St.
SB Hwy 169 to/from Freeport St.
NB Hwy 169 to/from Zane Ave.
NB Hwy 169 to/from Fifth St.
NB Hwy 169 to/from Evans St.

Whiplash is an injury that occurs when your body suddenly moves backward and then forward. These types of injuries are estimated to occur in over 50% of car accidents, but you can also get whiplash injuries from sports or by tripping and falling.
Signs and symptoms of whiplash usually develop within days of the injury, and may include:
- Neck pain and stiffness
- Worsening of pain with neck movement
- Loss of range of motion in the neck
- Headaches, most often starting at the base of the skull
- Tenderness or pain in the shoulder, upper back or arms
- Tingling or numbness in the arms
- Fatigue
