Upon “GO” Partner 1 will complete as many bench presses as possible for a maximum of 2 minutes. Athlete bench pressing may take as many breaks as they need and may re-rack as needed during the 2 minutes. 1 full rep will be counted by judge when competitor reaches bar to chest and returns arms to full extension. Points of contact on the bench and floor must both feet, glutes. Once 2 minutes are complete, Partner 2 will complete their maximum reps of bench press for another 2 minutes. Same rules apply as Partner 1. After both partners have finished the bench press portion of the even
