Here are some photos of the living room, dining room, kitchen, half bath, master bath, and laundry room!

We reconstructed the kitchen to be able to maximize wall space and add additional cabinetry.

We also had to get crafty and utilize one of the original two cubby holes for the water heater because originally the water heater was placed directly in front of the furnace. The furnace was complete inaccessible upon initial inspection.

In the laundry room we also subcontracted and reconfigured the gas and electrical for future hooks up for washer and dryer.

Now that the last of winter is finally leaving us, it's time for our team to start thinking about spring! Thank goodness! 😅

For those of you that don't know we have three amazing team members professionally trained in landscaping and lawn care! & they thrive at what they do! They love grounding and working with our earth! Two of our team members even had landscaping businesses! 🔥

We would love to start booking these appointments ASAP!

What we're offering is 20% off to the first three Clients that schedule on our books for the season, and we're offering 10% off to the next five!

We can do everything from land clean ups, to planning, planting, installation of all new landscape, sod installation, etc! Last year we removed an entire front year of sod for her nativity land to begin! We have years and years of experience within our team!

The consultations this year are going to be mandatory. There's one golden lesson we learned last year, and that is:
Do the consultation! 😛

All consultations are free, but a must before we schedule your appointment.

I love that our family works together!

Just one of the many areas that have needed some extra TLC! This is the middle bedroom closet area.

Knocked this office floor out this weekend!

The project started with good momentum tearing up the old but very fashionable carpet! 😬 It took us 16 minutes flat to have the glued carpet torn up!

Unfortunately, we hit a snag when starting to assemble the new floor. The quality of the locking design on the plank’s butt joints was very disappointing. We brought the issue up to the client and thankfully we landed on the decision to return the flooring and go with a different one! We’ve never ran into defective flooring prior, but there’s a first for everything!

Understanding I won’t always be installing products of my liking or up to my standards because it’s ultimately the Client’s money and decision— I really appreciate when our Clients trust my recommendations! It’s so much more rewarding to see a bomb result, as well as easier to feel good about my name being tied to the project!

Needless to say, even though it wasn’t as straight forward as it should have been, I’m happy with how this one turned out! 👏🏻

We’re also passing on this one because it’s essentially a $60K frame with foundation issues! The current owner demo’ed it down so that the next owner can come in and rebuild!

Did you guys know houses like this existed, because I’m not sure I did? Aaron walked up the staircase and watched a bird fly into a window lololol.

Our journey to finding a flip house has been extremely interesting so far!

I took these photos because I wanted to take you guys alongside our journey of trying to find the right house to purchase for us to transform. I have photos of another house I’ll post too!

Unfortunately the home owner passed away in this house. He had been deceased for quite some time in this house before he was found! The smell was pretty bad, I’m not going to lie.

BUT! And don’t forget the but….
This house felt so warm, and light despite what you’re physically looking at. I know that I know that I know, this man is in a better place. 🤍🙏🏻

As trained House Cleaners we feel all of the energy and emotions a house has. We’re very sensitive to the empathic / heart of our job.

This man’s home didn’t feel this way 🤍
So I’m going to choose to believe that he is flying high in a much much better place!

We decided to pass on this home because it wasn’t going to be profitable enough for us, but we know it will be a beautiful home that feels warm inside when the right person for it comes along! 💕

We’ve had a lot of questions coming in lately about how we operate so I’m going to pin this post at the top! If you know our story Dad Depot came prematurely, and quick, BUT we’ve had months to smooth out our process! 😃

If you’re looking to hire us here’s how it will go!

1. You’ll message us with your project, pictures, videos, and measurements!

2. We’ll schedule a in person consultation if necessary!

3. We’ll quote you after the consultation!

4. If you accept our quote we will require a 35% deposit down on labor. That secures your spot on our schedule! The deposit goes towards your invoice total!

5. We’ll get you scheduled when your deposit is made!

6. You’ll be responsible for buying your own supplies and building materials BUT, we’ll give you the choice! Either you can go shopping, or we’ll go shopping for you!

If you prefer we do the shopping we won’t charge our time to shop! We personally feel as though this is a responsibility of ours when you hire us!

We will ask you to supply the material budget before we go shopping though, so cash or a pre-paid debit works! We will give you all change and receipts when we deliver your materials!

7. We’ll deliver your materials!

8. After that you’ll wait for your appointment, and on the appointment day you’ll already have the supplies at your house waiting! We’ll show up with the proper team and tools, and knock it out for you!

9. If you’re happy with us leave us a review, we’ll do payment, and be on our merry way until next time!

From the first day we ever stepped foot in this house to the end of the second day of demo! 😎

Flipping houses has always been a dream of ours, but now that it’s here?! It’s surreal!

After months and months of dedication we finally broke ground yesterday! We’re feeling really good about everything so far! We are flipping this house! Full blown interior remodel!

The walls are concrete, and mannnnnn is she quirky!

After today we’ll have the full demo done and I’ll share those photos this evening!

Doors, doors and more doors! I’ve done a lot of doors lately for some reason 😛🤷🏼‍♂️

I think there has been 6 just this last month!

Admittedly, I’m better at doing the work than documenting the work so not all of them I have complete pictures for but that’s something I’m still working on doing better at!

Been a while since I’ve posted anything! Gotta catch up and change that!😬

This client had a tub on the second story that was leaking down through the first floor ceiling!

There was work done prior to us getting there and it quickly became apparent there had been a leak before.

None the less we got it all squared away!

We had to cut open the wall behind the tub, shorten the overflow drain and reinstall that then seal both the wall and ceiling back up!

These last few months have been a whirlwind of growth and challenges for our family as we learn how to manage and build two businesses!

As you all know Aaron left his long term career to pursue his passion in construction and remodeling! Winter has been rough. There’s something about leaving your entire career, in the slowest season of the year, in a recession, in a struggling economy- that just makes you kind of struggle. Lol.

We have had plenty of smaller jobs to keep us afloat, and we are very thankful for each one of you using our new company!

Here are some new updates for you guys!

• We are currently booked out until April ish right now
• We can fit smaller Handyman jobs in the holes of our schedule, but may have to start scheduling larger projects into spring ish
• We started working for multiple property management companies and are striving to build our portfolio
• We are preparing to launch a two month house remodel in South Bend that will take most of our attention for the next two months
• We will still quote during this time
• We are working on business cards, company shirts, and our website in the mean time

If you’re thinking of using our company here are some things you should know:

1. We are bonded, insured, have workman’s comp insurance, and are licensed!
2. We are a faith based company
3. We pour our absolute best into each project we take on, and strive to deliver quality over quantity
4. We are wife and husband owned, but we do have an amazing team backing us
5. We have a professional painter on staff
6. We can do anything from small handyman jobs, to whole house flips
7. We can aid in performing routine maintenance for your Airbnb

What started as a flooring quote turned into an unexpected kitchen painting project, and we are very pleased with the results! 😍🥰

Everybody was under the impression this was real brick and mortar until Melissa learned it was wall paneling! Wall paneling paints a whole lot different too!

As she was painting a large hurdle she kept facing was the air pockets in the paneling. They were actually very large holes, and a lot of them! She destroyed 3 paint brushes trying to get the paint in the holes, but after the second coat and a lot of holes still remaining- we made the decision to fill the remaining holes with caulk, and paint over the dried caulk!

This was totally the right decision because it turned out beautiful! It helped pull everything together giving a more smooth and fuller effect to the walls!

This project fell in at just under 17 hours! 17 Hours, 2 trips to the paint store, and a lot of problem solving! 😊

We were allowed to alter our office in Dunlap, and here is that improvement journey!

This project was done as a team, and was an unofficial team effort. We weren’t concerned with professional grade before and afters so don’t judge us too harshly on these! I just thought it would be a fun one to show you guys! 😛

We removed the wallpaper and adhesive, did all of the drywall repairs, painting, a whole lot of cosmetic changes and upgrades like outlets, window treatments, register vents, +

Of course Jasmine has to paint her door yellow which is becoming iconic if you know her lol

This Client needed practical additional shelving in their tiny home! Super simple. Super quick. Super cheap. They wanted the shelves left raw so they could finish them themselves!
