FAQ:
⚡️when will my request be accepted?
• requests are distributed to the artists every Tuesday&Thursday.
⚡️why haven’t I heard from an artist??
• We do our best to respond to everyone in a timely manner, but because we take this extra step—sometimes it takes a few days, maybe even a couple weeks if we get busy behind the chair.
⚡️ what if it’s taking too long to get accepted?
•you are ALWAYS welcome to do an IN PERSON consultation instead of online. This process makes it a little easier to match you with the best artist, but if you already know who you want, come on in! You can book your consultation online 🤎
⚡️do I HAVE to have a consultation to get a color appointment?
• ABSOLUTELY YES. The consultation helps us answer any and all questions, including expectations, pricing and time dedicated to your service. YES YES & YES.
⚡️can I book my appointment the same day as my consultation?
• This is case by case. You can only book a color appt after you have a consultation. If you have a consul and the artist has time that day to do your service, then yes. BUT—please come to your consul reading to book the color for a separate day.

We are facing Palmer ST and we are only a few steps away from Core Yoga,Jewel, Walgreens & Chase.

You will see our name nice and big on the black awning. Once you walk up to the door, you will see a doorbell to your right also with our name :).

Once you are inside, just take the elevator at the end of the hallway to the 2nd floor. You won’t miss our big beautiful space once the doors open!
