Found on the desk of a police officer:

xx-xx-xx85, xx:56 PM MST

At xx:56 PM MST, police were called over to the popular children's restaurant, Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, for a suspected abduction of 5 missing children. There are very limited amounts of witnesses, as the environment of the pizza place was overwhelming due to the circumstances of having multiple birthday parties, except one witness who sighted a strange, yellow rabbit suit sneakily escorting children to the back of the restaurant. The surveillance cameras of the restaurant were also oddly shut off from xx:00 PM to xx:59 PM, so no footage regarding the incident could be recovered. After a thorough investigation, not much, if at all, could be found. The only thing that was deemed suspicious during Day 1 of investigation was the yellow rabbit suit sighted by the respective witness trapped inside a locker and it having fresh imperfections. Investigations will be maintained until a proper prognosis can be declared.
