How can you go from surviving to thriving? It starts with wellbeing..
1. Repetition is your friend;
continuously listen, speak and engage with knowledge related to your goals.
2. Creat the best version of your body, mind and skin by prioritising and investing in your health.
3. A safe space is a happy space. Use light, smell and organisation tools to create personal environments you want to be in.
4. The largest organ of the body
can have a large impact on your wellbeing. The routine of a skincare regimen can have positive effects on self-image and wellbeing. Self massage, meditation and relaxation are just a few ways to do this.
Creativity is a great tool for growth.
Creative space are perfect for you get inspired. Places such as libraries, museums, galleries and parks are gear placed to start.
Knowledge is power and consuming content of topics, stories and experiences that differ from your are a great way to expand your mind and inspire new ideas.
Networking is great way to meet new people and make new connects. But spending time with people outside your field of work or family/friends unit will help open you mind and emotions. Try volunteering for a cause you care about.
Using personal experiences is a crest ways to inspire other and inspire an motivate yourself. Telling your story and using your pain for purpose will help heal you and move you forward to a new place of creation.
Playing and using material and tools can be liberating an inspiring. You’re trying to be the next banksy but don’t be afraid to grab a paint brush or spray can and be free in what you create.
It can be hard to maintain your mental health. So how can you ease self-care into your everyday life? Small but significant changes will activate your senses and help get balanced and grounded.
