The painting that started it all! I’m not sure if I still have this floating around in my studio somewhere but I feel like it definitely deserves some attention! This marks the beginning of my painting journey and man, it’s been a journey. So many lessons learned along the way. I’m ever grateful for all the support, near and far, that I’ve received along the way. Excited to see what the next five years will bring! 🍄🌸🎉🎨👩🎨💕

Did some swiping today! I wasn’t initially try to get the peacock 🦚 cells but when I did I was super happy!! Was a good afternoon in the studio making coasters. 👩🎨🎨

I haven’t been in the studio for a month due to a(nother) frozen shoulder. Finally got back at it today and did a day long session of dark background coasters. Really love how they turned out. Here’s a sampling from the day. 🎨👩🎨

Wow! Sometimes I think..."it's only been four years?" and sometimes I think, "I can't believe it's been four years!" What a wild ride it's been so far. I never would have thought it would grow into a thriving little side hustle but here I am, three retail locations, vending at fairs, and thousands of pieces sold. Crazy!!

The world works in mysterious ways! I found this giant morel mushroom growing under my art studio deck today. While I was busy making mushrooms inside, Mother Nature was busy making on the outside. 🎨🍄👩🎨🌸💕

This is what I was doing before I found fluid acrylic art. I would find the windows in architecture salvage yards and the foliage is mostly found in nature. It was a nod to climate change with the dead foliage and darkened skylines, both representing a lack of water and lack of fuel/energy. The idea to put this together came from living in crappy little studio apartments in the city and never having a good view of anything. I decided to make my own “Room With A View”.
