Hey moms, we know you’ve got a lot on your plate, so here’s a healthy, delicious, and quick recipe to make your life a little easier. Try this 15-Minute Chicken & Veggie Stir-Fry – it’s perfect for those busy days when you need a nutritious meal fast!

15-Minute Chicken & Veggie Stir-Fry
Ingredients:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 cup broccoli florets
1 carrot, julienned
1 zucchini, sliced
2 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
Optional: sesame seeds, green onions for garnish
Instructions:

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
Add garlic, bell pepper, broccoli, carrot, and zucchini to the skillet. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions if desired. Serve hot over brown rice or quinoa.
Enjoy this quick, healthy, and tasty meal that’s perfect for your busy mom life!

For many years we endured countless fertility treatments, one after another, and they all failed.
