I provide wedding videography services. I also can transfer VHS home movies to DVD and create DVD p I am a part time wedding videographer.
I record a wedding using 2 cameras that are manned - I operate one and I hire another cameraman to operate the other. I usually set up a 3rd smaller home video camera to sit by itself somewhere to record a still shot of the wedding. The 2 manned cameras are Sony VX-2100. They are not HD cameras, but provide a very good standard definition picture. I clip a wireless microphone on the groom in order
This is home video of me in 1974.
I now have a device that can convert old silent 8mm film to a digital file. The device captures the footage one frame at a time and exports it to an HD format. I then run the footage through a stabilizer to take away that "flicker" effect. It's a bit of a slow process to get to the final product, but I think it looks great for 50 year old home video.
The price is $20 per reel.
I can also convert VHS tapes to a digital format. $20 per tape.
