Mediterranean crunch salad with olive oil roasted chickpeas and a drizzle of olive oil, this recipe is a complete meal on its own and you dont need anything else to fulfill your nutritional requirements!
Recipe
Ingredients
Cauliflower florets - 1/2 cup
Cabbage - 1 cup
Carrots chopped - 1 cup
Cucumber chopped - 1 cup
Boiled chickpeas - 1/2 cup
Feta cheese - 2 tbsp crumbled
Herbed seasoned bread crumbs (as required)
Cumin powder- 1 tsp
Extra virgin olive oil - a generous drizzle
Balsamic vineger - 2 tbsp
Method
Light toss the chickpeas in olive oil with some cumin powder and keep it aside.
In a salad bowl mix everything together and add the chickpeas and its done.
Super delicious and healthy salad is ready!
Try out this no bake vanilla pudding using organic vanilla flavor concentrate
This vanilla concentrate is a great option if you are looking for alcohol free or halal vanilla extract.
Ingredients:
* 1/2 cup granulated sugar
* 1/4 cup cornstarch
* 1/4 tsp salt
* 2 cups heavy cream
* 2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. In a medium saucepan, whisk together the sugar, cornstarch, and salt until combined.
2. Slowly whisk in the heavy cream, making sure there are no lumps. Place the saucepan over medium heat and cook, stirring constantly with a whisk, until the mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
3. Once the mixture comes to a boil, reduce the heat to low and continue to whisk for 1-2 minutes until the pudding is thick and smooth.
4. Remove the pudding from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
5. Pour the pudding into individual serving bowls and let it cool to room temperature.
6. Once the pudding has cooled, cover it with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until it is chilled and set.
8. Serve the pudding chilled as is, or with your favorite toppings, such as fresh berries, crushed cookies, or chopped nuts.

👉🏻Ingredients 🍖-
Mutton 500 gms with bone
Onion - 2 big sized chopped
Green chillies - 3 chopped
Whole garam masala which includes cloves , cinnamon , black pepper , cumin seeds , bay leaves
Yogurt - 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Coriander seeds crushed
Fresh chopped coriander leaves
Ginger thinly sliced for garnishing
Salt to taste
Ghee to cook
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder as per requirement.
Instructions
In a pressure cooker, heat some oil/ghee, add whole garam masala let it crackle . Sauté it and add onions to it. Sauté and fry the onions till it turn dark golden in color. Now add the mutton pieces and saute for about 5 mins till all the raw smell is gone . Add ginger garlic paste and keep cooking for about 5 more mins. Now add all the dry spices. Add 1 cup water and mix well. Pressure cook everything for 20 mins on low flame. Slowly remove the steam after 10 mins and then add yogurt. Cook again with yogurt to remove the raw smell for 10 more mins .Simmer for 5 more mins and saute and it’s readyyy .
Garnish with fresh cilantro and ginger and relish this super tasty dish.
Serve it with flatbreads, naan or even basmati rice.

Day 26 of my ramadan series and we have made something delicious and very unconventional, if you love curries of different types then this recipe is for you, comes together in literally 15 mins and is a perfect quick addition to your iftar table.
This lemon grass basil curry from if halal and a perfect simmer sauce for sautéed veggies and tofu to go along with steamed white rice.
This was so delicious all you need is a couple of ingredients and it is ready.
Ingredients
250 grams Tofu/paneer, cut into cubes
2 Carrots sliced (steamed)
1/4 cup Green peas (Matar) , steamed
250 grams Broccoli , cut to florets
1 Red Bell pepper (Capsicum) , thinly sliced
1 pack lemon grass basil curry
Method
In a wok add some oil and start sautéing all the veggies, once veggies are done add tofu/paneer and sauté again for 1-2 mins on high flame. Now add the simmer sauce in the wok and let it cook on low for 10 mins, once done garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with steamed white rice.
This tastes delicious and comes together in under 15 mins, perfect for Iftar if you are in a rush.
Day 24 of ramadan series and i an sharing a post instead of a video today of this delicious and creamy one pot cajun chicken pasta.

Ingredients
Cajun seasoning
2 tsp smoked paprika/kashmiri lal mirch
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper/lal mirch
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
Chicken 400 gms boneless
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp butter
1 yellow onion diced
1/2 lb. penne pasta (uncooked)
2 roasted diced tomatoes
40 ml fresh cream
Instructions
Combine the ingredients for the Cajun seasoning in a small bowl. Cut the chicken into 1/2 to 3/4-inch cubes. Place the cubed chicken in a bowl, pour the Cajun seasoning over top, and stir to coat the chicken in spices, marinate for 30 mins.
Add the olive oil and butter to a large deep skillet. Heat and add the seasoned chicken to the skillet and cook for a couple minutes on each side, or just until the outside gets some color. The chicken does not need to be cooked through at this point.
Add the diced yellow onion to the skillet and continue to sauté for about 2 minutes more.
Next, add the pasta, roasted diced tomatoes and water to the skillet. Stir just until everything is evenly combined, then place a lid on top and allow to come up to a boil.
Once boiling, turn the heat down to medium-low and let the pasta simmer for about ten minutes until the pasta is tender and the liquid is thick.
Add the fresh cream to the skillet, stir until it has melted into the sauce. Top the pasta with fresh cilantro(optional)

Potato rice cutlets
Ingredients
Boiled rice 1 cup
Boiled potato 1 big size
Chat masala powder 1 tsp
Black salt 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Smoked paprika 1 tsp
Red chilli powder or chili flakes 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Bread crumbs 2 cups
Grate a boiled potato and mix everything together and shape them in the form of cutlets or any other shape if you like, coat them in breadcrumbs.
Airfryer/bake of fry them as you want.
Airfry at 350 13-14 mins
Bake at 350 for 15-18 mins of until golden.
Try out these mini pizza bites using frozen white bread dough.
You can also use frozen dinner rolls instead of white bread.
12 rolls = 1 bread
Rhodes bread products are available or a store near you at the freezer aisle.

Frozen White bread dough 1
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Marinara sauce store bought 3 tbsp
Italian seasoning 1 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Small cut veggies ( any of your choice) 1/2 cup
Mozzarella and cheddar cheese 1 cup
Fresh basil to garnish
Method
Prepare the dough as given on the pack. Divide the dough into 8 pieces and roll out each portion to make a mini pizza base. Let it rest for 1/2 hour and then apply olive oil, marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, veggies and cheese.
Bake at 350F for 12-13 mins for until done.
Serve hot and enjoy!

(Nan khatai)

Eggless Nankhatai
▢ 1 cup (120 gms) All purpose flour/maida
▢ 1/2 cup (60 gms) Chickpea Flour/Besan
▢ 2 tbsp + 1 tsp (30 gms) Semolina/Rava
▢ 1/2 cup (80 gms) Sugar, Powdered
▢ 1 tsp Cardamom powder
▢ 1/4 tsp Salt
▢ 1/2 cup (115 gms) Clarified Butter/Ghee
▢ 1 tbsp Slivered Almonds and Pistachios
Method
In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients and then add semi solid ghee to it. Mix it with hands till it forms crumbles and start to stick together.
Now make small balls and make indentations in the centre and fill it with almonds and pistachios or any nuts.
Bake at 180/350 F for 18-20 mins and cool it down before touching the cookies. Once completely cooled enjoy with hot tea.

Chana dal pulao using
Ingredients
Basmati Rice - 1 cup
Chana Dal - ½ cup
Ghee - 2 tblsp
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Cinnamon a small piece
Cardamom - 4
Cloves - 4
Onion - 1 large sliced thinly
Green Chillies - 3 to 4 slit
Ginger - 1 tblsp chopped
Garlic- 1 tblsp chopped
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Soak chana dal for 1 hour. Soak rice for 30 mins. Drain and set aside.
Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin, cinnamon, cardamom and cloves.
Add in onions, ginger, garlic and chillies. Saute till golden.
Add in salt, turmeric and mix well.
Add in chana dal and mix well. Add 1 cup of water and cover the pot with a lid. Cook for 25 to 30 mins till the dal is cooked.
Now add in rice and mix well.
Add in 1.5 cups of water and bring it to a boil.
Simmer the pan, cover with a lid and cook for15 mins.
Open and fluff up the rice.
Serve.

Air fryer Cheese pastries
Ingredients
Store bought puff pastry sheets
1 cup (mix of fontal and tuscan hand rubbed)
Basil dried 1 tsp
chiilli flakes 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Cherry tomatoes 4 -5 (cut in halves)
Fresh cilantro to garnish
Instructions
Cut the puff pastry sheets into triangles and add generously mix of cello cheese . Now top it with cherry tomatoes , chili flakes and basil . Sprinkle with some salt if required !
Bake it in an air-fryer at 350 for 15 mins .
Enjoy it with your fav dip and its done !

So a few months back I did a Photoshoot for a restaurant it was an amazing experience and very overwhelming because I haven’t done such an in house photography for a restaurant in such a short period of time.
But it was an amazing experience and learned so much as how the website food photography is very different from what I usually do for brands and sponsored posts.
It was a completely different experience in terms of shooting and editing.
But I loved doing it and the pictures finally came out to be amazing, will definitely go for some more such shoots!
A classic mexican recipe made with any striped meat and sautéed veggies served with flour tortillas.
Chicken fajitas
Ingredients
2 oz. green bell peppers
2 oz. red bell peppers
1 small onion , sliced
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
8 oz. chicken breast, cut into 2" strips
4 pieces tortillas (whole wheat)
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Chilli sauce 1 tsp
Hoisin sauce -2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Instructions
Stir-fry chicken breasts with 2 tablespoons oil for 5 minutes or until cooked.
Add onion and bell peppers. Cook for another 2 minutes, add the remaining spices and sauces .Cook until heated through.
Serve with warm tortillas and fresh salsa (optional)..
I use leftovers everyday at my home and so i came up with this quick and easy leftover recipe i made with spicy marinara and leftover white rice. The spicy marinara is soo good and feels like its made fresh at home, checkout their other products as well, these sauces come in variety of flavors
SPICY MARINARA FRIED RICE
Recipe
Serves 2
Ingredients White rice (cooked) 3 cups
Spicy marinara sauce 1/2 cup
Onions chopped 1/2 cup
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Garam masala or all spice powder - 1/2 tsp
Olive oil 2 tbsp Corn or any other veggie of your choice
Cilantro to garnish
Method
In a pan add olive oil, cumin seeds and add chopped onions, saute until onions are translucent, once done add in the spicy marinara sauce and garam masala and cook the sauce together with onions and corns for 5-7 mins until it becomes a bit thick. Now add boiled white rice and sauté everything together for 2-3 mins. Garnish with fresh cilantro and enjoy these quick and delicious vegan fried rice with any gravies or sides.
