Yesterday, Kelsey and Michael decided to take advantage and closed with our down payment assistance program. This program is different than most in that gift downpayment is IMMEDIATELY FORGIVEN!! No 5-10 year payback contract or second liens!!

They’ll get the keys to their house with over $8,000 in immediate equity. Thanks to some great work from realtors on both the buying(talktowillsmith) and listing side (Will and Kate Real Estate) the buyer’s actually recieved a check back for the entirety of their earnest money check as well and the seller’s walked away happy.
