The Lemon Raspberry
Our lemon buttermilk cake frosted with a cultured vegan cream cheese, topped with fresh raspberry sauce.

Chocolate Strawberry
A chocolate, chocolate chip cake topped with strawberry preserves and frosted with house made chocolate buttercream frosting. Dusted with freeze dried strawberry and dark chocolate shavings.

The Cocoa Bomb!
It is a chocolate cake with toasted marshmallow topped with chocolate fudge and a chocolate shell that’s got marshmallow & chocolate chips.

Cranberry Gingerbread
Our buttermilk cake favored with ginger, cinnamon and cloves. It’s topped with a cranberry chutney vegan cream cheese frosting

Confetti Birthday Cake
Very vanilla confetti cake with our American buttercream all topped with more confetti sprinkles

This week we are introducing you to our new flavor, the Cranberry Pumpkin. A spiced pumpkin cake with a cranberry cream cheese frosting, with just a hint of orange. We also have the fan favorite the Oh-R-EOh! And because it is my birthday this month along with so many others I know and love, I thought that I would celebrate all month long with all of their favorites. This week we have the Very Vanilla Confetti Birthday Cake!

This week: The Smoked Caramel Apple, the Death from Chocolate and the Strawberry Smash!
The Smoked Caramel Apple is a spiced cake and our signature whiskey vanilla butter cream, smoked apples and house made caramel sauce.
The Death From Chocolate is our chocolate buttermilk cake with chocolarte chunks, and chocolate sauce, topped with dark chocolate ganache and shaved dark chocolate.
Last but certainly not least The Strawberry Smash, we put all the strawberries in this one; freeze dried strawberry cake with house made strawberry jam topped with cream cheese frosting and a drizzle of fresh strawberry sauce. This one is about to run out so get it while you can.

I‘d like to introduce all of you to two of our newest additions, the Cinnamon Graham S’More and the Strawberry Smash, along with the fan favorite the Very Vanilla Confetti, dressed in fall colors and ready for fun. Our Cinnamon Graham S’More is a cinnamon graham cracker cupcake with a toasted marshmallow and on top our signature hot chocolate ganache. The Strawberry Smash is salute to the summer strawberry, we use freeze dried strawberries in the cake and then top the cake with strawberry preserves and the complete with a cream cheese frosting and a drizzle of fresh strawberry sauce. Both are available for the week to order, or you can stop by The Bayside Cafe and indulge.

Our Halloween Skulls continue this week. The Bayside Cafe is offering the Zombie Boo-Berry Skull cake as well as our Death from Chocolate Skull cake. I was going to take a picture of everyone enjoying the dessert but was only able to capture this, it’s really that good. I dropped a new flavor: Cinnamon Graham S’Mores, it is a cinnamon chiffon cake topped with toasted marshmallow and our hot chocolate ganache. I also dropped these cuties Pumpkin Confetti cupcakes as well.

Halloween is here!
This week The Bayside Cafe is celebrating with our staff inspired very first plated dessert, the Boo-Berry Skull cake or the Death from Chocolate Skull cake. The Boo-Berry Skull cake is our Blackberry cake with raspberry and strawberry syrup, all heaped with whipped cream and topped with chocolate sauce. Our Death from Chocolate skull cake features chocolate mousse, chocolate cake and chocolate sauce. We are also sending over our Strawberry Unicorn cupcakes as well as the Very Vanilla Blue Velvet.

Our New Barry Berry Blackberry: Blackberry cake, with cream cheese frosting and an addition hit of fresh blackberry purée.
I’m also bringing along the fan favorite the Oh-R-Eho.
I should be there around 5p to drop them off.

This week at The Bayside Cafe we’re featuring our McCall I.D. Carrot cake cupcakes topped with decadent cream cheese frosting as well as last week’s flavors of Oh-R-Eoh, Key Largo Lime, and Vanilla Birthday cake.
