Not only is it a physical challenge, but it is also a mental challenge. It challenges the mind to push through struggle and pain. It challenges the mind to see past the obstacle presented in front.

Board breaking is one of the ways we teach kids perseverance. 💪

Not to mention, it just feels good when you finally break that board. 😌
