On the left, we have a regular latte, and on the right, we have a cappuccino. Both have a nice layer of microfoam, but a cappuccino should have 1/3 of the cup size of foam (or a little more) whereas a latte has a 1/4 of an inch (or a little more). No matter what drink you want, we will make it to perfection!

Early Sam’s is running a coffee Barista Training Class-Level 1 on August 13th from 6p-8p. This class teach its attendees how to make the latte, cold brew, hot coffee, etc. they love from their favorite coffee shop at home! Early Sam's is looking for part time (20-25 hours a week) baristas to run a coffee kiosk in the Exton Square Mall. We will train all our baristas to run our machines and to craft beverages to the highest standards. We need customer oriented individuals who enjoy learning about coffee and tea, cleaning tasks, day to day tasks, running POS, and developing relationships with customers. No prior experience is necessary. You can DM me if you’re interested!

Our cold brew has been a hit! You can now buy uncut cold brew by the jar! Each jar yields around 32oz of cold brew, but the best part is that you can keep it as strong as you know you like it :) Take one home and treat yourself to Early Sam’s cold brew every morning before the mall even opens!

It’s beautiful when you have cold brew made with ‘s beans in the stock pot while looking at espresso made with ‘s beans in the back. We love our small business partners! Also, cold brew sold out last week! It’s improved, and it’s delicious 😋

It’s ready, and it’s delicious! Our batches are now stronger and you have the choice to get your cold brew uncut, if you like it real strong! If you don’t stop in to try some, you’re crazy!
