For Memorial Day, all Wardrobe stores (Exton, Kennett Square, Philly, Upper Darby) are closed Saturday, May 25 - Monday, May 27. We will not be accepting donations or shoppers these days. We kindly ask that you do not leave donations outside our doors. Thank you!

On Thursday, May 30 from 11am-5pm, all Wardrobe sites are hosting an Open Wardrobe for the LGBTQIA+ community.
💼 This event provides free professional, casual, or comfort attire to anyone in the LGBTQIA+ community (while supplies last!) Choose to shop with one of our supportive stylists or shop on your own! Additional resources provided!

Interested in becoming an inventory or program volunteer at one of our sites? We require all potential volunteers to take a pre-training over Zoom. The training for this month takes place on Tuesday, May 14th, from 12-1pm OR Tuesday, May 28, from 5pm-6pm.

You can indicate on the sign-up form which site you would like to volunteer at. Volunteering at The Wardrobe is a rewarding and fun experience! We offer flexible scheduling as well as a 40% shopping discount off of our fabulous clothes! Volunteers are needed Mon-Sat from 11am-5pm. Shifts last about 2 hours.

Urgent donation request for all Wardrobe sites! We are in particular need of plus size womenswear for all styles. We are also in need of menswear for all styles with a focus on smaller and larger sizes. Spring styles are also preferred for this time of year.

Our Story
Wings for Success was formed in 1997 by a group of women who saw that having work-appropriate attire was a barrier to finding a job. Over the years, Wings has grown from an all-volunteer run organization, to a high-functioning professional organization with four staff supported by a group of over 120 active volunteers. We have grown from a dilapidated building in West Chester to our headquarters in Frazer, and are now a multi-site organization, with a site in Kennett Square which opened in January 2015.
Wings works with vulnerable women in the metro-Philadelphia area, with over 70% coming from Chester County. We provide services to women who are unemployed, employed or looking to advance in their career. Since its founding, Wings has helped more than 11,500 women obtain the clothing, advice, and job skills needed to become self-sufficient. Our actions are guided by a Strategic Plan and pursued with ongoing commitment to the highest principles and practices of strong nonprofit management and governance as demonstrated by our fulfilling the requirements of Standards Basics administered by the Pennsylvania Association of Nonprofit Organizations (PANO).
