Recently, my sister took her first girls' trip since the birth of her son. She loved it and came back rejuvenated and ready to continue her new journey into motherhood. Yesterday, a dynamic, powerful, confident, and absolutely contagious human being @beasy123 celebrated the graduation of her youngest son. The mudita level I have for this woman is off the charts. Brandi, you are an inspiration.

The Sky Breath Practice 'Sudarshan Criya' brought me from a dark place to a place of freedom simply by recognizing that I am breathing and I am alive. I am blessed to be taught by a teacher who can not be described by words. It seems impossible to know someone who embodies truth in existence moment to moment. Today, @chuckminton, a beautiful and kind spirit, and my good friend and @carvemeditation, a wonderfully creative and gentle human, will graduate from the @modernmeditationclub teacher training school. It is good to know that these two will be holding space for others. We are in good hands. I am in deep mudita for you both.

Third grade is known for one thing around here, the recorder. This year, the third graders put in admirable effort to learn their songs. Kids were playing the instrument to and from school, in backyards, and even in the car. It paid off, the concert I witnessed today showed the creative talent of our youth.
