"All-round point acquisition" it's the unveil of the new Subaru!

Two hours prior to the car's shakedown at Fuji Speedway, Subaru unveiled their 2021 Autobacs Super GT Series GT300 programme. In said announcement, the highlight by far is the second generation Subaru BRZ GT300, set to be driven by long time Subaru works drivers Takuto Iguchi and Hideki Yamauchi.

The Dunlop clad car, was created with the concept of "lightweight cornering machine" in mind, and is an natural evolution to the first generation Subaru BRZ GT300, with incredible downforce, with more efficient airflow. Changes were made to the front third damper and the dry oil sump was moved. The livery, incorporates Subaru's iconic blue, with black on the side, and STI's pink with the most presence on top with stripes.

Team Director Makoto Shibuya have been replaced by former general manager Masahiro Ozawa who have said in regards to the goals for the new BRZ "All round point acquisition, series champion" and aims to build a team that can fight "tenaciously."
