2023 NPC Teen, Collegiate & Masters Nationals prejudging over, here are some pictures from it. Now just chilling in my hotel room, relaxing and just getting ready for the night show/finals.

All checked in . Weigh-in was 196.6 lbs. now food every 90 min til 10:30 pm . Tomorrow pre judging starts at 8 am evening show/ finals start at 6 pm.💪🏻😁💪🏻

On 23 March 2023 I lost my Mom, my kids lost their Grandmother to cancer. My Mom’s last wish was to be reunited with her parents, brothers and her grandmother in Poland in a family plat. On Saturday 1 July 2023 with help from family back in Poland that wish will be granted. She will always be in our hearts. We all love you and miss you❤️ Mom. Rest in Peace.

21 days to NPC Teen, Collegiate & Masters Nationals in Pittsburgh. Weight check in 199.1 lbs with my coach Dave PALUMBO . Everything on point , new music cut and working on new routine. Whatever the results I know this will be the best package I have ever brought to the stage. In the end all you can really control is raising the bar on your best previous package and that will make you a winner every time 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻.

AWSOME weekend in Alexandria VA at the NPC WARRIOR CLASSIC 2023. A lot of amazing competitors. Made bunch of new friends of the iron grind lifestyle. Another world class show put together by My Results in this show. 1st place light heavyweight open. 2nd place Men’s Classic Physique open I’ll post the professional pic when they become available
