After the second Moonlight Club novel I’m going to take a little break from that series and work on some thriller/ horror books that I have in mind. In the meantime, I’ve been reading books of those genres to gain some inspiration and see exactly how I’ll put these stories together and it happens to be the perfect time of year to do so 🍂🎃🍂 I’m cracking into this bad Larry now but if you have any recommendations feel free to drop them in the comment section! 📚📖📚

my reading on 🤓📚📖 This book Sinners and Saints by Jennifer Roberson is definitely holding my attention so far.

Finally, after 2 years of revisions, I’m ready to drop my first book this summer. Taking place in a fictional version of Fall River, Massachusetts called Heavenside, The Moonlight Club series follows the rise of Brayden King as he goes from being a poor kid who had to sell drugs to feed his little sister and himself to becoming an incredibly successful entrepreneur. Yeah, the overall story might sound a little cliche but it’s the events that take place, how they develop my main characters, and the important messages I’m delivering through the story that, what I believe, makes it very interesting. The first book, King’s Chronicles, will show the heart breaking beginning of it all, along with how the Moonlight Club is formed by following three main characters, Brayden, JC, and Analia, as they try to navigate through life in the heroin-riddled city. What to do while book #1 of your series is being proof read? Start on the outline for book #2! This is honesty my favorite part of the whole process. I love getting a nice smooth pen, a notebook, and just letting the ideas flow until I slowly see the story begin to come together. ❤️🖤📚📝🖤❤️
