Who doesn’t love a fresh sourdough loaf??? 🤷‍♀️😜

Hi again! Several of you have reached out to ask what I’ll be up to now so I wanted to share a little bit. Since February of this year I have been the Development Specialist at the Foundation for Senior Care here in Fallbrook. The position includes event planning, fundraising and community outreach in support of the older adults here in our community. The needs of this growing segment of the population are great, and my time commitment to the Foundation has been increasing to meet those needs. I invite you to follow us at Foundation for Senior Care to learn more, and maybe see how you can get involved to support your senior neighbors. We have some great events and programs coming up! It is with very mixed emotions that I share I will no longer be offering sourdough products on a regular basis. New opportunities have come up outside of the kitchen which will prevent me from baking on a consistent basis, but I want to thank everyone for the support over the last 3 years. I have loved baking for you all, whether at the or through the bakery but now my heart is ready to focus my energies in a different direction. I can’t give up sourdough all together though, so from time to time you may find me collaborating with or popping up at the bakery. Make sure to keep following this page to see what I am up to. Hi friends! The Foundation for Senior Care’s biggest fundraiser of the year, the Aloha Celebration is coming up on October 5th at the beautiful Monserate Winery. We will be wrapping up sponsorship opportunities and silent auction donations on August 31st to ensure all participants get included in the program printing. With that being said, if you have a business you would like to advertise, or a product or service to donate, please contact me ASAP!

Slowly coming out of summer vacay mode with a fresh drop of sourdough crackers at … get ‘em while they last!

It’s that time again friends…Summer Vacay!! We’ll be taking a little time away from the bakery to rest, recharge & spend time with friends and family.

We will be closed starting 7/23 and will reopen on Wednesday Aug 9th at 8am. If you need to reach us during the closure, please send a message through IG or FB as phone message will NOT be checked until we reopen.

It was a beautiful day for our Healthy Living Faire! So grateful for everyone involved in making it a wonderful event…thank you, thank you, THANK YOU! More pictures and thank you’s coming next week.

Just a heads up that I will be out of the bakery this Saturday June 24th due to the Foundation for Senior Care 2023 Healthy Living Faire. Stock up on your sourdough bread & bagels tomorrow (Friday) and then I’ll be back to a regular schedule the following week.
