Outdoor hose bib cracked due to freezing, old owner never used it... new owners turn it on and flood the room... resulting in the large repair I did here... it's brand new again.

There's painters who just paint and There's painters who actually fix all these little dings before painting... the latter is the professional. I'm a professional and have been for 20 plus years.

Sometimes you install 7 acess panels and popcorn texture them because the client asked for it.
