🚨Calling all high school girl wrestlers!🚨

Our summer camp registration is open. Our camp is June 7-9. We are excited to have St. Mary's head coach Luke Mellmer coming as our lead clinician. Our camp is open to everyone, not just members of Kindred Wrestling Club.

Quincy Monday is an incredible wrestler AND an incredible supporter of women’s wrestling. Grateful to him for always showing up big.

He placed 3rd in (arguably) the toughest bracket in the tournament: 165

Fargo Stingers took 5th place at NDSHAA Girls Duels. Came out with great energy, close loss in the first round, and came back for the next two. We are so PROUD of these girls!

The rest of these girls are BRAND NEW WRESTLERS!

So proud of all of our girls! We have 17 wrestlers, 3 out with injuries. 14 went to EDC to qualify, and 11 qualified. of the 11 who wrestled at state 7 placed!
These girls are on fire! Now onto duels!!

Stingers State Update! We came into state individuals with 11 qualifying wrestlers. We have 7 girls who have all secured a place on the podium!!

Jasmine is a Fargo South Senior.
Jasmine is fearless on the mat and always moving forward on the attack.
This is Jasmine’s first time wrestling and she has had some major wins against ranked opponents.

Emma is another Senior from North.
Emma joined our team two months into the season but hasn’t let her lack of time on the mat slow her down!
Emma is a true athlete. Dedicated, coachable, resilient, and alway shows true sportsmanship.

Today’s Senior spotlight is Emily Light from Fargo North. Emily is another Stingers captain.
Emily is a rookie this year and one of our hardest workers. Emily has fallen in love with wrestling and seeking more opportunities to continue to wrestle outside high school.

This week we will be honoring our Seniors as we get ready to wish them well on their future endeavors!
We kick it off with Avery Mohr, a senior from Davies. Avery is a previous state champion who wrestles at 125 # and is one of our team captains.

The Fargo Stingers showed up to EDC East Region individuals! Eyes on the prize these girls fought with everything they had.

We had 14 girls compete and ELEVEN qualified for state!!

This week’s GOAT goes to Jasmine Schaffer.
💪🏻Jasmine wrestled 4-0 last Friday at EDC duals. including a major upset pinning a ranked 170 # senior.
💪🏻Jasmine is 155 # and wrestles at the 170 # class for the dual team.
💪🏻Jasmine is a Senior at Fargo South and this is her first year of wrestling.
💪🏻She has been a force this season and always wrestles with power and fearlessness.

We couldn’t be more proud of these girls!
A hard close loss in the first round to Carrington 42-40. It wasn’t enough for these girls to come back up the bracket to place, they dessimated the following 3 rounds!
