Disco Bingo at Wild Bills calls for another chips and queso rating. Although we didn’t get a bingo, the chips and queso did not disappoint. We loved the seasoning on the chips and the queso was delicious.

Two reviews coming from our Spring break trip to Omaha last March. Hector’s Mexican Restaurant and Blatt Beer & Table.
Lill and I agreed that Hector’s chips and queso were DELICIOUS. We also enjoyed the chips and queso at Blatt Beer & Table, however, they were indeed nothing special for us professional queso connoisseurs.

SideStreet Grille & Pub is a Fargo favorite. The drinks, atmosphere, and food are all great. Never a dull moment here. We enjoyed their chips and queso!

One of our personal favorites and where Gill and Lill’s queso quest began is Brewtus Brickhouse. They have AMAZING chips and queso that never disappoint. BONUS POINT for their pretty good Malibu cokes too 😜

So far the lowest rated queso is at Chili’s. Gill and Lill do not recommend the chips and queso at this establishment. Chips, queso, and flavor all scored under 5 out of 10.

Buffalo Wild Wings chips and queso is better than others, but not what one expects (especially in terms of presentation and color).
But once you get over appearance, the flavor isn’t bad.

Twisted Taco isn’t high up there in the chips and queso world for flavor and spice. Their chips and queso are very simple and yummy, but not the ultimate queso we have found on the quest.

Plaza Azteca is THE place to be for amazing Mexican food in Fargo. The homemade chips and queso blanco did not disappoint and never does on repeat occasions.
