Stephanie is a multifaceted professional excelling in both legal and creative spheres. As a transactional lawyer, she specializes in helping emerging startups navigate the complexities of entity formation, intellectual property rights, corporate governance, contract negotiations, and disputes. She holds a J.D. from the University of North Dakota School of Law.

Stephanie has planned a multitude of events being part of numerous boards, charities, and vendor markets. Her passion for event planning started back in high school and continued to grow after planning her own wedding. Her keen eye to detail and creativity will help make your special moments blossom into timeless memories.

Parallel to her legal career and wedding planning, Stephanie owns and operates Sparkl + DOT, a jewelry business she founded in Winnipeg, Manitoba, in 2016. The company is known for its unique, handmade jewelry and accessories, reflecting Stephanie’s personal touch and creative vision. Having made North Dakota her home, Stephanie integrates her entrepreneurial spirit with her legal expertise to enhance her business and community engagement.
