Dr. Woods welcomed her son Rafferty Everett earthside 8/31/22 at 6:31 pm. He was 7 lbs 3 oz and 20 in. He joins big sisters, Olwynn, Onnika, and Rhydian. Dr. Woods will be taking some time to adjust to life with four littles, but will be reaching out to schedule future visits soon.

We’re thankful for so many things this holiday, but our top ones are:

1. Health - our immune systems working to learn, adapt and keep us healthy
2. Family - our kids being home has been both a blessing and trying at times, but we’re together
3. Our Clients - without you, we wouldn’t exist
4. Freedom - to choose our health providers and paths to our definition of health and wellness
5. Friends - because everyone needs a tribe they can count on
