It's been a while since I did a where you at update! :)
Well most of you are aware that my position at my day job was terminated on February 29, 2024. A former colleague had asked me just after Christmas if I wanted to work with him and we laughed..... HA! The universe got the last laugh on that one!!! When I lost my job I texted him and went for an interview on started work that following Monday 3/4!! I'm incredibly happy to be there and we are having a fun time!!
What that means for spirit work is that it added 1 hour more to my trek to Freeport to work with Jeaneen, so that's why you haven't seen me there recently. I love her & her space so we'll see how fall progresses and maybe I can get there on occasion if she still wants to collaborate. 😉
For now, I'm working on the phone, doing Psychic Dinners-Maine, and working out of my home in Farmingdale.
I will be helping to close up the Temple Heights Spiritual Camp NSAC this coming weekend, so if you're up for a gorgeous late summer drive head on up to Northport and check it out!

I thought I would share a snippet.
I was just listening to a random podcast and the gentleman said when we are engaged, no matter what we’re doing. We are in meditation because meditation is when you were in flow.
I go back to my time sharing with folks when I was working on meditation workshops, that doing what you love whether it is swimming in the ocean, mowing your lawn, sewing on a quilt, or holding a yoga position. That is your flow, that is your meditation.
I love it when gives you receive these snippets of information that you need to hear at this moment in this time. I hope something in that spoke to you as it did to me

It's been a minute since I posted, but this morning I pulled a card that was about being "the giver and not being the receiver" this can create a victim feeling or a false sense of control.
Often times a message given to one will be for many. For those of you who have been to a gallery reading or a table tipping you know that a message given to someone else may resonate with you.
On Tuesday at Nellie's Kitchen a few folks received a similar message about giving all of their energies out and not saving any reserve for themselves. That's the part that hit home for me.
Your gifts and talents are a beautiful things, be sure to sit with your gorgeous self once a day and recharge that battery!

First workshop in the series. In this one we go over the tools needed for the subsequent classes and how to use them. You probably already have these tools in your library, but I’ll bet you haven’t used them in quite this way before!
What you’ll need for this workshop:
- your favorite tarot deck. I recommend a Ryder-Waite based deck, but if you are familiar with the deck you’re choosing and you can easily separate out the different categories of cards, then go ahead and use it.
- pendulum
- blank index cards or something similar
- pens or markers
- blank book of a decent size. At least a 5x7 journal or notebook
What to expect during class:
This is an interactive experience. Participation is expected, especially if the class is small. We’ll be pulling cards and interpreting them and it’s a lot of fun to do that work together and share our findings or experiences. If you are not particularly skilled at interpreting tarot cards, this class interaction can be very helpful as well.
It’s important to note that while many people find me delightfully entertaining, if all we are doing is listening to me drone on and on, you will get bored. So, if talking and interacting with people will ruin your day, I don’t recommend this program.
Most importantly, we will contact an ancestor and have a conversation with them during the class. So, we do get into the fun stuff even though it’s a preparation.
