What do I do when I have bananas getting a bit ripe? I usually make these banana chocolate chip muffins (only way I can get my teen to eat bananas 🤣). But I also had to make this amazing banana cake that I haven’t made in years….it does not disappoint!

Wedding day treats!

Another wedding for the books! Congratulations to The Scott’s!

When Kayelee and I were discussing this cake, originally I was going to make the whole thing. But when she mentioned being gluten free, I had to get with Ruby Baking Co. No way was I going to make this wedding cake and the bride not be able to enjoy any. So big shoutout to Chelsea for making this top tier so Kayelee could have the perfect wedding.

Thank you Chelsea! And if y’all have any dietary restrictions (gluten, nuts, vegan, etc), she is your girl!

Reese’s peanut butter cake! Chocolate cake filled with whipped cream, chocolate ganache, and Reese’s peanut butter cups with a peanut butter frosting. Apparently this cake barely made it home before they tore into it 😁.
