Who remembers a pig Pickin cake?... I hadn’t had one in probably 20 yrs & it’s normally a summer treat. It just ain’t one you ever see but I had a request for one here the other week for a bday cake & sure nuff I had my mamas recipe! I stirred one up & hunny let me tell you it was the way I remembered it back when I was growing up... moist, smoothe, light, flavorful, Devine!
