This Christmas I will be offering 3 inch mini cheesecakes. I will have 2 different options. The first cheesecake is made with Philly cream cheese and a graham cracker base and topped with a strawberry and cake crumbs. Each cheesecake will be on their own gold board so there will be no fighting on who gets the bigger piece. The second is still strawberry however it will be a Santas hat! All orders must be placed by Dec 10th. $54 per dozen.

Meet your baker! Hello everyone. I'm Shannon, owner and baker , at Shannon's Sweets. I have baking since I was a little girl. I love that I can create something not only beautiful but that tastes just as amazing. I believe in using the freshest ingredients available. This includes free range local eggs, organic fruits and herbs, and nc ground flour. While these things may have my items at a higher price point , they really do make a difference in the quality and taste of my desserts.
